Fun Fair Class Baskets

It’s time to start planning for the Annual Fun Fair to be held on Friday, April 26th! In addition, to carnival style games, prizes and of course the Annual Chili Cook off, we will hold a silent auction. For many years, the Silent Auction component of this event has served as one of the PTO’s most successful fundraisers. Last year, we introduced the idea of auctioning off gift baskets designed by classrooms with much success! The creativity of our students is always amazing and fun to see. We are hoping to create some amazing baskets again this year, but we need your help! The PTO would love to have a parent representative for each grade level willing to spearhead this fundraising idea. We are sure these creative baskets will be a great addition to the silent auction!

Parent volunteers would be responsible for reaching out to teachers for the entire grade level, organizing a specific theme for each classroom, creating sign up geniuses to send out to parents and lastly collecting any donated items. Please visit the sign up genius if you can help out.

In addition to the gift baskets, we would love to include handmade items to feature the talents of our Wolf Pack parents. Maybe you knit, crochet, woodwork, make or sell jewelry, or bake delicious cakes/cookies!
