ALL PAYMENTS or PICTURES/PACKAGES NOT PURCHASED NEED TO BE RETURNED NO LATER THAN MONDAY, MAY 5, 2017. Types of payment accepted: Cash Check or Money Order (made payable to Lifetouch) By Credit Card Online - Go to mylifetouch.com to process payment using the Portrait ID and Access Code provided on the small insert in the package. Please enter the online payment code provided onto the completed order form and return to school. You may also go online to select different backgrounds/items to purchase. If you choose not to purchase any of the sheets in the package, simply return the entire package to the school.
