Spring Picture Package Information

The Spring Picture packages were sent home last week with students who sat for pictures. The package includes an order form, small insert with online payment information and 5 picture sheets (8x10, 5x7's 3x5's, 2x3's, and 1 plastic gift set). You may purchase the entire package, one or more sheets, or not purchase any of the package - it's your choice! The purchase prices for Spring Pictures are as follows: Any 1 sheet is $12.72 (12.00 + .72 - 6% PA sales tax) Any 2 sheets are $23.32 (22.00 + 1.32 - 6% PA sales tax) Any 3 sheets are $33.92 (32.00 + 1.92 - 6% PA sales tax) Any 4 sheets are $44.52 (42.00 + 2.52 - 6% PA sales tax) Entire Package (5 sheets) is $47.70 (45.00 + 2.70 - 6% PA sales tax) Once you have made your decision, complete the order form and return with payment and any pictures not purchased in the envelope provided. Types of payment accepted: Cash Check or Money Order (made payable to Lifetouch) By Credit Card Online - Go to mylifetouch.com to process payment using the Portrait ID and Access Code provided on the small insert in the package. Please enter the online payment code provided onto the completed order form and return to school. You may also go online to select different backgrounds/items to purchase. If you choose not to purchase any of the sheets in the package, simply return the entire package to the school.
