IM Volleyball starts Jan. 10

Once again it is time to begin volleyball. We will have practice every Tuesday and Thursday beginning on Tuesday, January 10th and ending on Thursday, March 16th in the Gray’s Woods Gymnasium.*

*There will be no practice on Tuesday, February 21st due to the GW STEAM Fair

*Special note regarding the practices from 1/17-1/26: The Wittle Set that will be in the Gym

during those two weeks and will affect these practices. Since we will only have access to 1

court, we will be breaking up those practices by grade level. (Since two of these dates also

overlap with skiing, it will be done on the following rotation, in an attempt to be fair to all)

1/17/17: 5th Grade Only Practice

1/19/17: 4th Grade Only Practice

1/24/17: 4th Grade Only Practice

1/26/17: 5th Grade Only Practice

Please note that there will also be a district tournament March 20th through March 22nd for

fifth graders only. (Fifth graders will bring home more information about this closer to the actual tournament.)

Practices will run from 3:00 - 4:30. We ask you to be prompt in picking up your child. If your child will be picked up by anyone other than yourself, we require a note from you granting permission, just like the school requires.

Please return the Intramural Activities Permission Form (below) as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Please Note: Even if you have submitted an IM Permssion form in the past, you need to

submit a new IM Activities Permission form for Volleyball.
