ORDERS DUE TOMORROW: Fall Hoagie & Pizza Fundraiser

This is the final call for our current hoagie & pizza fundraiser! Orders (with payments) will be accepted through noon tomorrow (Friday, October 14th). Please be sure to include your student’s name & phone number on the order form and secure payment check (made out to “GW PTO”) by paperclip, staple, or envelope and send into the office. Pick up for all items will be Tuesday, October 25th from 3-6pm in the All Purpose Room (APR). The GW PTO receives $3 from every hoagie and $2 from each pizza sold! Thanks to all who are able to support this fundraiser! Questions may be directed to Beth Edgar (BethEdgar@comcast.net). As a reminder, ALL fundraising events are always 100% optional. And for safety reasons, we do not encourage door-to-door sales.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Hoagie & Pizza Sorting (Tuesday, 10/25)

To ensure orders are ready to be picked up by GW families on time, 10-12 volunteers are needed to help sort the delivery from Marianna’s on Tuesday, October 25th. All items arrive previously packaged, but assistance is needed to unload the delivery truck, count inventory, sort into individual family orders, and assist with the pick-up timeframe. If you have a couple of hours to spare, please consider lending a hand. Younger siblings are welcome to accompany you during a volunteer shift, but please bring a quite activity to help keep them entertained. The following timeslots are in need of help:

· 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm: Item Sorting (7 more volunteers needed)

· 3:00 pm – 6:15 pm: Family Pick-Up Assistance (2 volunteers needed)
