October PTO Meeting

Please join us at our October PTO meeting which will be held this Wednesday, October 5, at 7:00 pm, in the GWE library. All are welcome! Bring the kids; free childcare is offered during each meeting. Come early and check out the GW Sportswear for sale in the rotunda between 5-7pm.

Fall Hoagie & Pizza Fundraiser (orders due Monday, 10/10)

A reminder that our Fall Hoagie & Pizza Fundraiser is currently underway! Each 14” hoagie and 12” take-and-bake pizza from Marianna’s are $8 each, with proceeds going to our Gray’s Woods PTO. Orders and payment by check made out to “GW PTO” (sorry no cash or credit can be accepted) will be due next Monday, October 10th. Please return order forms with checks secured by staple, paper clip or envelope to avoid misplaced payments, and include your student’s name & a phone number on the form. Extra order forms are available in the GW office. Order pick-up will take place in the GW APR (All Purpose Room) on Tuesday, October 25th from 3-6pm. A Sign-Up Genius will be available soon for volunteers available that afternoon to help with sorting orders. Questions may be directed to Beth Edgar (BethEdgar@comcast.net). Thank you for your participation & support! As a reminder, ALL fundraising events are always 100% optional. And for safety reasons, we do not encourage door-to-door sales.

Fall Staff Appreciation on October 19th

Thanks to everyone who has already signed up to contribute! There are only one or two slots left, so sign up here to show appreciation for the wonderful teachers and staff who make Gray's Woods Elementary such a special place for the students. Thank you for your contributions and for helping make it a great day for the staff.
