Sportswear Sales & Hoagie pick up

Dear GW Families,

Show some Wolf Pack school spirit!!!

Gray's Woods Sportswear Apparel is now available. Purchase t-shirts, long-sleeve shirts, 1/4 zip pullovers, hooded sweatshirts, flex-fitted hats, beanies, and drawstring bags for students and family members. Options to place orders and to try on sample items to verify sizing will be held:

1. Pre-Sale Night

• When: Wed. Oct. 5th from 5:00-7:00pm (before the PTO Meeting)

• Where: School Rotunda

1. Main Sale Days

• When: Oct. 20th & 21st (during Parent/Teacher Conferences)

• Where: School Rotunda along with the Book Sale

1. Hoagie Sales Pickup Night

• When: Tuesday, Oct. 25th 3:00-6:00pm

• Where: School All Purpose Room

Order forms with additional details will also be sent home with students at the end of the week, however we encourage parents and students to check out items in person over the above dates to see what is available, verify sizing and make payment. It will take approx. 2-3 weeks to fill orders. Parents will have the option to choose whether items are given to students to bring home or to coordinate pickup separately in case any items are purchased as holiday gifts.
